Kelly was incredibly patient and kind, and she took the time to walk me through different flower options, colors, and styles that would fit the darker, more romantic look I was going for.
She never made me feel rushed or out of place for not knowing much about flowers. Instead, she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about helping people create something meaningful.

I cannot recommend Bonita Flower Shop enough. I called (pretty last minute) to inquire about a birthday bouquet I was hoping to be delivered same day. Irene, from the moment she answered the phone, was courteous, helpful, and so so kind. I had a few extra things I needed to go with the flowers and Irene assured me that even if she had to take the flowers herself, they’d get delivered. It took them not even 3 hours to take, create, and deliver my order. And as if that wasn’t enough; the arrangement itself is lovely. I will be a returning customer. From start to finish I was beyond pleased with the service I received and Bonita flower shop helped me make a special birthday effort.
